Competition “Paris Market Lab”, Paris

This is a competition in les Halles, Paris. The project aims at conceiving an international cooking school, where the best chefs of the world can meet and reside for short periods.

The building has a double character: introvert during the day, when the main activity is to teach cooking, extrovert at night, when it becomes an « experimental restaurant » for locals and tourists, where it is not possible to book. Kitchen turns into a stage, where the chefs can perform culinary shows.
